Shipping concerns

Shipping fees

  • For the US and Canada, our standard shipping fee is 7 USD. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over 50 USD.

    For international customers outside the US and Canada our standard fee is 20 USD. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over 150 USD.

    All orders are delivered via UPS.
Duties and taxes

Our orders ship out of our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. Any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Asia-Pacific:

    Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, China (Mainland), Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand.

  • Americas:

    US, Canada.

  • Europe:

    Belgium, Denmark, Finaland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

  • If your desired destination is not listed above, please contact us at support@shopflowe.com.

Shipping times

All orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed. Please note that we do not process or ship during weekends and holidays.

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery time is between 3-10 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link sent to via email once your order is confirmed and shipped.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and payments via Paypal.

My international card isn't working with Paypal, what should I do?

Some customers may have problems when paying with an international card that doesn't match the shipping address. Please send an email to support@shopflowe.com and we will happily provide you with a custom invoice.

I'm still having payment issues, can you help me out?

Should you have any issues with payment, please send us an email at support@shopflowe.com and we will do our best to help you out.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return / exchange policy?
  • Currently, we only accept returns and exchanges for damaged towels or wrong orders. Should there be an issue with your order, please take a photo and contact us at support@shopflowe.com within 3 days of receipt. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.

    If you are eligible for an exchange, this will be processed once we received the returned towel in its original condition, unused, and with the same packaging.

Products & Sustainability

What are your products made from?

Our towels are crafted from 85% GRS-certified recycled polyester, and 15% nylon.

How do you make towels from recycled waste?

Working with our manufacturer, waste is first collected from several recycling facilities, before it is shredded by a machine and melted down into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into yarn, which is woven into a fabric which becomes your Flowe towel.

What are some of your sustainability practices?

Mindful production is central to our operations at Flowe. While we acknowledge that there's no path to 100% sustainability, some of our practices include using recycled textiles to reduce waste, producing in small batches to avoid excess inventory and committing a portion of our sales to 1% For the Planet. Is your towel non-slip?

Yogis will be pleased to know that our fabric has moisture-activated grip, perfect for those hot yoga classes. For those who want a bit of extra help, dampening your hands or feet with some water will help you stay grounded.

Where / how can I use your towel?

Our towels are multi-purpose and can be used for various activities — from beach trips and working out, to baths and traveling. They are durable and built for any adventure under the sun.

Do your towels shed microplastics?

Microplastics are the byproduct of the deterioration of larger plastic pieces including all man-made materials such as wetsuits, swimwear and other synthetic materials. As our towels are made from recycled plastic, there are steps you can take to minimize your microplastic waste when washing our towel. All small steps matter; whether it’s choosing to hand wash over machine wash, or using washing bags that can capture microplastics. We love both Guppyfriend and Cora Ball, companies that help us reduce microplastic waste.

CARE

How do I care for my towel?

Our towels can be machine washed and tumble dried, but we highly recommend hand-washing and natural drying to be kinder to our planet.
